In his vast early career experience in the design-build realm, Eric has worked on multiple large scale retail, mixed-use and multi-family projects. With each space that he creates, he seeks to enrich the lives of its inhabitants. He strives to create an empowering work environment, equipping talented designers the tools they need to complete a successful project. As Principal, Eric serves as Project Manager for the commercial and residential studios.

Jared brings almost 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, finance and overall business operations across multiple industries to the firm. As Principal, he focuses on managing the day-to-day business operations and provides financial modeling services for our commercial studio.

Justin has over 25 years of experience in both residential design and construction management. He brings an unmatched attention to detail throughout the life cycle of every project. Justin believes that building relationships with the clients is important to its success. Justin currently serves as Director of Design for the single-family residential studio.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, James approaches each project with a high emphasis on preparation and efficiency. He works directly with in-house architects and designers to establish a seamless integration with the building systems. James currently serves as Director of Engineering.
