Sojourn Architects conceptualized this project for a local developer to comprise ground level retail space with three floors of apartments above. A restaurant entrance and façade wraps the street corner with commercial retail units on each side.
Twenty five well-appointed apartments (consisting of studio and 1- and 2-bedroom suites) sit above this lively new corner of the neighborhood. Residents have in-unit laundry and private outdoor space to enjoy the sights and sounds of their urban landscape.
